For the past five years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people transform their bodies, confidence, and lifestyles through fitness. As a professional personal trainer at Self Made Training Facility in the Temecula Valley, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life—from beginners taking their first step into the gym to competitive athletes and even a professional bodybuilder.
My own fitness journey didn’t start from a place of strength — it started from pain. I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my lumbar spine, arthritis, and a fused sacrum, and for a long time, movement felt more like a limitation than a solution. Training became my way back. Through smart programming, patience, and consistency, I rebuilt my body from the inside out, and today I’m able to lift pain-free. That experience is the foundation of how I coach, and it’s what fuels my passion to help others feel strong in their bodies again.
What began as a challenge quickly became a purpose: to show people that their past injuries, setbacks, or doubts don’t have to define their future. Fitness isn’t just about how you look—it’s about how you move, how you feel, and how confidently you show up in your life. I believe real results come from consistency, intelligent training, and a plan built specifically for you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
