TREYVON FLOWERS
My name is Treyvon Flowers, and I’m a certified personal trainer, competitive bodybuilder, and Kinesiology major at California State University, San Marcos. My journey into fitness began through sports like football and track & field, where I first developed a love for performance, discipline, and pushing my physical limits. Over time, that passion grew into a deeper commitment to strength training, long-term health, and helping others become stronger both inside and outside of the gym.
I’m currently working toward earning my pro card in natural bodybuilding, and the discipline, structure, and mindset required for that pursuit shape the way I coach my clients every day. I know what it’s like to want more from yourself—to build strength, confidence, and consistency—and I bring that same standard into every training session. My goal is not just to help you work out, but to teach you how to train with intention and purpose.
I work with clients of all ages and experience levels, from beginners stepping into the gym for the first time to experienced lifters and youth athletes looking to improve performance. I place a strong emphasis on strength training, body recomposition, and movement quality, while also working with young athletes on stability, mobility, and injury prevention to help them build a safe and strong foundation. Every program is tailored to the individual. I’ll always meet you where you’re at, but I won’t let you stay there. I believe in pushing clients safely and progressively toward their full potential.
In addition to training, I provide guidance on nutrition, accountability, and mindset because real results come from more than just what happens during an hour in the gym. I prioritize sustainable habits, measurable progress, and education so my clients can maintain their results long after we start working together.
I offer private and partner training sessions out of Self Made Training Facility in Murrieta, CA, where I operate as an independent trainer committed to helping clients take ownership of their health and performance.
My mission is simple: help people get stronger every day—physically, mentally, and confidently. No matter where you’re starting, I’m here to help you move better, train smarter, and make consistent progress.
