What’s up — I’m Chad, a strength coach, body transformation specialist, and educator at heart. I’m best known for one simple mission: I turn Dad bods into Chad bods. But at a deeper level, what I really do is help people reclaim strength, confidence, and control over their bodies through intelligent training, nutrition, and lifestyle systems that actually work long-term.
I specialize in strength training, body recomposition, and total body transformation — helping clients lose fat, build muscle, and optimize their health without gimmicks or shortcuts. My coaching focuses heavily on proper form, technique mastery, progressive overload, and sustainable habits. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved performance, or simply feeling strong and capable again, my approach is rooted in education and execution.
My backstory starts early. I began lifting weights at 15 years old, giving me over 17 years of hands-on training experience. Wrestling shaped who I am as both an athlete and coach — I have 12 years of wrestling experience, including competing as an NCAA Division II collegiate wrestler, followed by 4 years of high school wrestling coaching. That background taught me discipline, resilience, and how to build strength under pressure — lessons I now pass directly to my clients.
Before becoming a full-time trainer, I worked as a junior high school teacher and educator, which strongly influences how I coach today. I don’t just tell clients what to do — I teach them why they’re doing it. Education creates buy-in, confidence, and consistency, which is why my clients don’t just get results — they keep them.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, and I’ve applied that foundation through years of real-world coaching and personal competition, including NPC Classic Physique bodybuilding. I understand both performance and aesthetics, and I bridge the gap between science and practical execution.
