Roland hazard

My name is Roland Hazard, and my life has been shaped by discipline, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to personal growth. Fitness has always been a foundation in my life, not just as a physical pursuit, but as a mindset that has carried me through every stage of my journey.

In 1988, I joined the United States Marine Corps, a decision that would permanently define my character. The Marines instilled in me the core values of honor, courage, and commitment—principles that continue to guide me decades later. The physical demands of military service pushed me to develop mental toughness, consistency, and respect for preparation. Those years taught me that true strength is built when discipline meets adversity, a lesson that would later prove invaluable.

After my military service, I continued to prioritize fitness as part of my lifestyle, even while navigating the responsibilities of career, family, and everyday life. Like many, I experienced the natural changes that come with aging, but I refused to accept limitations as permanent barriers. Instead, I viewed them as challenges waiting to be confronted.

At age 50, I made one of the most defining decisions of my life: I began bodybuilding seriously. What started as a personal challenge quickly became a passion. Entering the sport later in life meant overcoming skepticism—both from others and at times from myself—but my Marine mindset took over. I committed fully to training, nutrition, recovery, and continuous learning. Every workout became a mission, every setback an opportunity to adapt and improve.

The results were transformative, both physically and mentally. Bodybuilding became more than competition; it became proof that growth does not expire with age. Through relentless dedication and consistency, I progressed rapidly, refining my physique and pushing past perceived limits. At age 53, I achieved a milestone that once seemed unimaginable: earning my Finn Pro Card. This accomplishment was not just a title—it was a testament to perseverance, discipline, and the belief that it is never too late to redefine what is possible.

Today, I represent the idea that age is not an obstacle, but an advantage when paired with experience, patience, and determination. My journey from Marine to professional bodybuilder stands as evidence that reinvention is possible at any stage of life. I continue to train, compete, and inspire others to pursue their goals relentlessly, regardless of the timeline.

My story is not about genetics or shortcuts—it is about commitment, consistency, and the courage to start when most people think it’s too late. And I’m just getting started. Fill out the inquiry form to start your journey!
