I wasn’t always in shape.

I grew up as the chubby kid. Dealt with childhood gyno, got made fun of a lot, and it pushed me into being antisocial through most of my early years. Eventually that flipped the other way. Through my mid teens to early twenties, I was underweight, dealing with anxiety, depression, and no real sense of direction. I wasn’t eating, I wasn’t taking care of myself, and I didn’t see any value in myself.

The turning point came when I realized no one was coming to save me. If anything was going to change, it was on me. I started small—just being more active, trying to take care of myself—and it felt like seeing the sun for the first time.

My journey wasn’t clean. I made every mistake you can think of—too much cardio, not enough structure, poor technique, injuries, long plateaus. What changed everything was when I stopped guessing and started learning. I became obsessed with understanding what actually works.

That’s what I bring into my coaching now. I went on to educate myself in nutrition and became ISSA certified, so I could turn that experience into something structured, effective, and repeatable for my clients.

My approach is a blend of old school grind and modern, evidence-based training. I focus on discipline and mindset first, then build health, aesthetics, and strength on top of that. A lot of trainers can give you a workout. Not all of them understand what it’s like to rebuild yourself from a place of being uncomfortable in your own skin.

I work best with beginner to intermediate clients—the ones who are tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what they see, or just know they’re not where they should be. Most of the people I help don’t lack effort—they lack structure, guidance, and the fundamentals of how to actually train and eat with purpose.

Training with me feels like a controlled burn. We push intensity when it’s time, but everything is structured and intentional. I’m there to coach technique, keep you locked in, and adjust when things aren’t working. I get just as fired up for your wins as you do, and when things don’t go right, I’m right there to fix it with you.

Nutrition is tailored to the individual. Some people need strict structure—same meals, clear plan, no guesswork. Others do better with flexibility and guidance. Either way, it’s built around what will actually get you results.

Most importantly, I don’t disappear when the session ends. I stay involved—daily check-ins, food accountability, adjustments based on how you’re feeling, your stress, your recovery. When I say lifestyle coaching, I mean your whole life—not just the hour you’re in the gym.
