Hey guys, my name is Armando Murillo, also known as “Bam”, and I’m a strength and conditioning coach with over 17 years of experience helping people transform their bodies and their lifestyle.

With over 16 years in MMA, I’ve lived every phase of discipline, struggle, and growth that my clients go through. I’m a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt with a background in boxing and Muay Thai, and I’ve earned two MMA championship titles, Middleweight and Light Heavyweight. But what matters more than titles is what I help my clients achieve outside the cage.

Most of the people I work with aren’t fighters. They’re busy men and women who feel stuck in their bodies, frustrated with their weight, and tired of starting over. That’s where I come in.

I specialize in weight loss, weight management, and strength and conditioning, helping everyday individuals build real, sustainable results, not quick fixes. My approach is built around structure, accountability, and education. You’re not just working out with me. You’re learning how to train, eat, and think like someone who actually keeps the weight off for life.

My coaching is rooted in athletic performance principles. That means we don’t just chase aesthetics. We build strength, improve conditioning, and develop a level of mental toughness that carries into every area of your life.
