With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I have built my reputation on results, My foundation was forged on the field. As a collegiate quarterback and semi-pro/minor league football athlete, I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to lead from the front. The discipline, resilience, and competitive edge required to command an offense now fuel the way I coach my clients — with precision, accountability, and purpose. My background in football and Kinesiology give me a deep understanding of athletic performance, explosive power, mobility, and sport-specific conditioning.

Academically trained in Kinesiology I blend science-backed programming with real-world athletic application. My training philosophy centers on dynamic, functional movement — developing strength that translates to real life. Whether working with athletes, executives, or individuals beginning their fitness journey, my approach focuses on performance, longevity, and measurable progression.
