CHRISTINA JAKYMIW

With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies– at every stage of life.

Fitness has always been a core part of my life– first as a student, then as a professional trainer. Over the years, I’ve worked with women from all walks of life, guiding them through everything from strength training and weight loss to hormonal balance and long-term wellness strategies. But my mission became even more personal after stepping into my greatest role yet: becoming a mom.

Pregnancy and postpartum recovery introduced me to a whole new world of physical and emotional challenges. Even with all my training and education, I experienced first hand how tough it can be to navigate the postpartum period– physically, mentally, and emotionally. The process of rebuilding my strength, reconnecting with my body, and redefining my identity gave me a renewed purpose: to help other women in transitional phases of life regain their strength, confidence, and sense of self– through movement, support, and science-backed fitness.

My training philosophy is holistic and compassionate. I focus not only on physical strength, but also on mindset, energy, and emotional resilience. I believe fitness should enhance your life– not take it over– and that progress looks different for every woman.
