Hi! I’m so glad you’re here — my name is Taylor Ponce.

As funny as it may sound, I genuinely have too much passion for fitness and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. With a background in kinesiology, certification as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and over 10 years of hands-on experience, fitness has been both my profession and my purpose.

From a young age, I learned firsthand how the habits we build — or don’t — can shape the entire trajectory of our lives. At 17 years old, I lost my dad to heart failure at just 45. That experience changed everything for me. It taught me that health and fitness are about so much more than aesthetics — they’re about longevity, confidence, quality of life, and showing up fully for the people and moments that matter most.

Today, I specialize in women’s strength training, with a deep understanding of the unique physiological and hormonal factors women experience through different phases of life. My approach is intentional, empowering, and tailored — because no two bodies or goals are the same.

I focus on full-body strength training with a strong emphasis on lower-body development, including the glutes, hamstrings, and quads — helping women build a strong, sculpted physique while creating that coveted hourglass shape: a lifted booty, tightened waist, and balanced proportions. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, booty building, weight gain, or improving heart health, my programs are designed to help you feel strong, confident, and capable.

My training style is high-energy, upbeat, and fun, while still challenging you to grow every session. I believe in teaching proper mechanics, cues, and habits that last a lifetime — not just for short-term results, but for long-term health, confidence, and sustainability.

My approach is holistic and intentional — combining intelligent strength programming with nutritional guidance to support both performance and physique goals. Every program is designed to leave you with the tools, cues, and confidence you can carry with you long-term.
