Hi, I’m Coach P!
Fitness is mental just as much as it’s physical. Strength matters, but so do discipline, confidence, and resilience. That’s what I’m here to teach you. I push people past limits they don’t yet see in themselves, not to break them, but to show them what they’re capable of when they stop playing small.
Training with me is challenging, but it’s also fun! That’s how it should be. You’ll work hard, feel accomplished, and leave proud of yourself, wanting to come back for more. Movement shouldn’t feel like punishment, it should make you want to come back stronger. When training feels good, confidence follows, and that confidence starts to show up everywhere else in life.
Looking good isn’t just about aesthetics. When you feel good in your body, you carry yourself differently. You show up with more energy, more intention, and more presence. Fitness has a way of sharpening your focus and elevating how you move through everyday life, inside and outside the gym.
My approach is holistic. I pay attention to how you move, how you think, how you recover, and how consistent you are. Progress doesn’t come from one workout; it comes from showing up over and over again. Whether you’re rebuilding your body, navigating postpartum changes, gaining confidence, losing or gaining weight, or finding yourself again, I’m here to support you while still pushing you to grow.
Fitness has never been a quick fix for me, it’s a lifestyle! I don’t coach extremes or shortcuts. I coach habits that last long after a program ends or a goal weight is reached. My specialties include calisthenics, booty building, weight loss and weight gain, postpartum training, and mat Pilates, group classes, private and online. I meet people where they are, but I don’t let them stay there.
I work best with people who are committed to showing up for themselves. Growth takes patience, consistency, and faith. My journey is grounded in faith and gratitude, and taking care of the body is part of honoring the life we’ve been given.
