Hi everyone! My name is Aliana Zavala, and I am a former Division I softball player at the University of Memphis. Movement has always played a major role in my life, and the gym became my safe space early on—a place where I learned discipline, built confidence, and grew stronger both physically and mentally. That foundation is what fuels my passion for coaching today.

I specialize in strength training and sports performance, but my coaching is designed for individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels. I work with athletes preparing for the next level, former athletes looking to rediscover their motivation, and individuals who are brand new to the gym and ready to begin a healthier lifestyle. My goal is to meet people where they are and help them progress in a way that feels empowering, sustainable, and personalized.

While I deeply love my sport, my journey as an athlete also exposed me to environments where harsh coaching negatively impacted mental health and took away the joy that once made training feel safe. Those experiences shaped my mission as a coach. I am committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where people feel encouraged rather than intimidated, and challenged without being torn down. My goal is to help clients grow mentally while also building strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies.

My coaching style focuses on building strength from the inside out. I emphasize proper movement, injury prevention, and progressive training while also prioritizing mindset, consistency, and overall well-being. I want my clients to feel strong not only in the gym, but in their everyday lives—whether that means improved performance, more energy, or simply feeling comfortable and confident showing up for themselves.
